After the Fourty-Fourth Day

The steps on the porch were completed
today. With the back door moved, we needed new steps; for the past
few months getting in has been "a challenge"! You can see our old
refrigerator to the left. This is still in use until the new one
has power.
Given that it hit the low 30's
last night, it is probably a good thing the heat has been installed.
OK, we haven't turned on the heat as yet, and everyone knows that we probably
won't until November (December?!?), but just in case, it's nice to have
it!
